Responsibilities:
Design and develop a CMDB management application from the ground up
Build intuitive interfaces for Configuration Item (CI) management
Develop CI lifecycle workflows, validation and data integrity controls
Integrate multiple data sources using APIs and connectors
Automate data collection, synchronisation and maintenance
Define and maintain robust CMDB data models
Improve data accuracy, completeness and consistency
Develop CI relationship and service mapping capabilities
Support asset, infrastructure, application and service inventories
Establish governance, audit and data-quality controls
Build operational and executive-level dashboards
Develop KPI, SLA and CMDB health reporting
Create automated reporting and scheduled management information
Deliver trend analysis and performance insight
Develop real-time monitoring and exception reporting
Build automated alerts, notifications, exception workflows and compliance controls to continuously monitor CMDB health
