The business is expanding its sales team to keep up with demand and is now looking for an ambitious Sales Controller to help drive performance, maximise every opportunity and support a busy sales operation.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a hands-on Sales Controller role. You'll be right in the middle of the action.

*Supporting and driving performance across the showroom
*Managing deals and maximising every sales opportunity
*Helping sales executives convert more customers
*Pushing deals through and overcoming objections
*Managing pipeline, deal flow and daily activity
*Maintaining high standards from first enquiry through to handover
*Working closely with the management team to deliver exceptional results

What You Bring

*Previous automotive sales experience
*Experience as a Sales Controller, Senior Sales Executive or similar
*A strong closer with excellent commercial awareness
*Confident managing customers and supporting deals
*Competitive, driven and comfortable working to targets
*Comfortable using CRM systems and managing sales activity
*Someone who leads from the front and enjoys a fast-paced environment

The Setup

*Cannock
*4-5 days per week
*Long days, rota-based
*Weekend working included

The Money

*£42,000 - £49,000 basic salary
*Up to £2,000 per month bonus
*OTE £70,000+
*Plus incentives, competitions and recognition
