Flight Centre Travel Group
United Kingdom, London
At Corporate Traveller, we’re on a mission to take business travel to the next level. And when it comes to our people, we know we are next level. We are anything but ordinary. Part of the corporate division of the Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG), Corporate Traveller is one of FCTG's most successful brands, globally. Our mission is to make end to end travel experience faster, simpler and easier for our customers and to demonstrate ongoing value to decision-makers, travellers and bookers.
We provide our customers with the perfect blend of personal, local service blended with our expert technology suite and the great choice and value which comes with being part of the FCTG family. We lead with passion, ambition, and a hunger to do better. We do whatever it takes to get the best results, for ourselves and our customers. We are committed to helping our customers and each other grow and smash our goals. And at our core, we believe that together we can do anything. Together, we are here to take it to the next level.
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be a key part of the Corporate Traveller sales team, playing a critical role in building a strong and sustainable sales pipeline. Your primary focus will be securing high-quality appointments for the sales team by proactively sourcing, qualifying and converting new business opportunities.
You’ll engage prospects through a variety of channels including outbound calls, emails, sales enablement platforms and social media, while also working closely with marketing, partners and suppliers to follow up on warm leads. Managing and nurturing leads through Salesforce will be central to your success, ensuring opportunities are accurately qualified against our Ideal Client Profile (ICP) and handed over seamlessly to the sales team.
You’ll also support sales campaigns and events, helping to deliver measurable return on investment and contributing directly to revenue growth. This is a high-energy, results-driven role with clear KPIs, strong earning potential and plenty of autonomy to own your pipeline and success.
You’re a motivated and proactive self-starter who enjoys building relationships and influencing decision-makers. Comfortable working autonomously, you take ownership of your performance and thrive in a target-driven environment.
