VIRTUAL ASSISTANT REMOTE

Salary: £450 per week

Bonus: Performance-based bonuses available

Working Hours: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM6 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, reliable, and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our remote team.

You will provide day-to-day administrative and customer support, helping the team stay organized, communicate effectively, and complete tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer and client enquiries professionally.

Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.

Maintain digital records, files, and databases.

Perform data entry and general administrative duties.

Coordinate schedules and follow up on tasks and deadlines.

Assist with customer service and client follow-ups.

Support social media and basic content scheduling.

Maintain confidentiality and handle company information responsibly.

Complete other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

Assistant, Personal Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or similar role.

Strong computer and internet skills.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Professional communication skills.

Reliable internet connection and a suitable computer.
