We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to join a friendly, growing team in Witney.
This is a varied role where no two days are exactly the same, so if you enjoy keeping things organised, helping others and getting stuck in, this could be a great fit.
You'll be at the heart of the office, helping everything run smoothly. Your day will include:
* Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
* Maintaining office stock and presentation
* Answering calls and welcoming visitors
* Supporting client and staff onboarding
* Assisting with billing, invoicing and monthly reports
* Maintaining accurate records and databases
* Supporting accounts and tax return submissions
* Providing general administrative support to the wider team
* Assisting with new systems and processes
We're after someone who is reliable, organised and great with people, with:
* Good IT skills, particularly Excel
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication
* A positive, team-focused attitude
* The confidence to use your own initiative
* GCSE Grade 4+ in Maths and English
Previous admin experience is a bonus, but not essential.
Personality, attitude and a willingness to learn are just as important!
