These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Jobeax. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the service. If you use Jobeax on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
Accounts and credentials
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when it changes.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operations, upload malicious code, scrape data in violation of applicable rules, or violate applicable laws.
Job listings and third-party content
Jobeax aggregates or hosts vacancy content from employers and partners. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or availability of any listing and are not a party to employment agreements between users and employers.
Applications and user content
When you submit applications or other content, you confirm you have the right to share it and grant Jobeax the rights needed to process, store, and transmit it to intended recipients as part of the service.
Intellectual property
The service, including software, branding, and design elements, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as permitted by law or explicit permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer protected parts of the service.
Service disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Jobeax disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobeax is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is a breach of these terms, legal risk, or security risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes become effective when posted, unless a different effective date is provided. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
