LSA is a post-16 specialist academy with a diverse student community drawn from across London. Strong attendance and engagement are central to ensuring our students can make the most of their time at LSA and achieve their potential.
We are looking for an Attendance & Student Support Officer to support the effective management of student attendance and punctuality. Working closely with the Attendance Manager, pastoral team and teaching staff, the postholder will maintain accurate records, follow up on absences, communicate with students, parents and carers, and help identify patterns or concerns requiring further support.
The role also includes administrative and reception support and involvement in wider school activities, interventions and events. This is a varied, student-facing role suited to someone who is organised, approachable and committed to supporting young people to engage positively with their education.
