Key Responsibilities

· Design, build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

· Support the transition of the Triage Agent from proof of concept into production.

· Deploy, configure and support software or AI agents in live production environments, including controlled releases, rollback planning and post-deployment validation.

· Embed security controls, automated testing and quality gates throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

· Implement infrastructure-as-code and deployment automation across development, test and production environments.

· Work with cyber security, engineering, architecture and operational teams to agree production requirements and deployment standards.

· Configure monitoring, logging and alerting to support operational resilience and effective incident response.

· Troubleshoot pipeline, environment and deployment issues, identifying opportunities to improve reliability and performance.

Experience & Skills Required

· Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including repositories, pipelines, artefacts and release management.

· Proven experience deploying and supporting software or AI agents in live production environments within a controlled, regulated setting.

· Working knowledge of Azure services, cloud networking, identity and access management, secrets management and security controls.

· Cyber security experience, ideally within banking, insurance or another regulated financial-services environment.

· Experience using scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash or Python.
