More:

We are Telecetera, with a Worcester-based Product Development Team and a mainly office-based, collaborative working culture. We work on our Connect SaaS product, used by hundreds of clients in the UK and South Africa, and support custom projects. Our sister company CYBX Ltd shares our office, creating opportunities to work on cybersecurity-related projects. We use Scrum with four-week sprints, manage work in Microsoft Azure DevOps, and have a digital-first, cloud-first approach. Team members can work from home on Thursdays, and we offer flexible hours, part-time working, and an inclusive, supportive environment. This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary of £30,000–£45,000 per year. Benefits include additional leave, casual dress, company events, a company pension, a health and wellbeing programme, a referral programme, sick pay, and work-from-home options. The role is based in person, and applicants should be willing to work in the office four to five days per week.
