  • Writing and optimising SQL queries to extract, manipulate and analyse data.
  • Delivering insights and recommendations to support key business decisions.
  • Monitoring data quality and investigating reporting discrepancies.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for reports, dashboards and KPI definitions.
  • Working closely with business teams to identify opportunities for improved reporting and analytics.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong SQL skills with experience querying and analysing large datasets.
  • Good commercial experience with Power BI, including dashboard development and data visualisation.
  • Ability to gather and understand business requirements from non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience creating meaningful reports and presenting insights to the business.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Understanding of data modelling and reporting best practices would be advantageous.

What's On Offer?

  • Up to £45,000 salary.
  • Hybrid working model (2 days per week in Oxford).
  • Opportunity to work closely with key business stakeholders.
  • Exposure to a variety of reporting and analytics projects.
  • Supportive team environment with opportunities for career progression.
  • Chance to make a tangible impact through data-driven decision making.

Whether you're an experienced BI Analyst or looking to build on your reporting and analytics expertise, this role offers the opportunity to work with modern BI tools while delivering real business value through data and insight.
