You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, while keeping within budget and programme requirements. This role will suit an electrically biased engineer with proven experience in resilient power delivery and project management within mission-critical environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare technical specifications and briefs in consultation with the design team
  • Develop and monitor project programmes in conjunction with the supply chain and senior stakeholders
  • Manage and coordinate specialist electrical contractors, ensuring compliance with QA and performance standards
  • Maintain accurate site records, project documentation, and reporting
  • Carry out site inspections, oversee snagging, and manage defect resolution during FAT and commissioning phases
  • Ensure all RAMS are in place, suitable, and adhered to (whether subcontracted or in-house delivery)

  • Solid experience delivering projects in mission-critical environments
  • Completed a recognised apprenticeship or hold technical qualifications in electrical/building services engineering (Degree, HNC, or equivalent)
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, ideally with CDM experience (CSCS Gold Card, SMSTS or IOSH desirable)
  • Strong communicator, confident liaising with contractors, stakeholders, and clients at all levels
  • IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • What’s In It for You
  • Salary: £55,200 £4,800 car allowance
  • 25 days holiday bank holidays, plus option to buy up to 5 extra days
  • Employee discounts (shopping, gym, leisure, days out, and more)
  • Extensive learning & development, with opportunities for career progression
  • Be part of a supportive, innovative business that values people and sustainability
