About MPLC
MPLC is the legal way to show movies and TV in public or commercial spaces across the globe. For over 30 years, we’ve been the trusted partner to major Hollywood studios, independent producers, and the wider creative ecosystem, ensuring content creators are paid fairly and organisations respect copyright.

About Global Technology Services

GTS is technology at MPLC, all of it. And we are honest about where we are: we are rebuilding and elevating our technology capability, from the ground up and by design. New platforms, new data foundations, new roles: this team is being built for what MPLC becomes, not what it was. You will own real outcomes early, automate the repetitive rather than absorb it, and help shape the rebuild rather than inherit someone else’s. Technology is the engine of how MPLC grows. People are the fuel. AI is the turbocharger. That is where you come in.

The Role in Two Bullet Points

Build and enhance MPLC's core business applications, primarily within Salesforce, delivering automation, integrations and scalable business solutions.
Help modernise MPLC's technology platform through well-designed development, APIs, AI-enabled capabilities and strong engineering practices.

Responsibilities

This isn't a role for someone who wants to focus solely on one platform or technology.
You'll often work from high-level outcomes rather than detailed specifications.
We're rebuilding key business systems, so you'll help shape future solutions rather than maintain established ones.
Success requires balancing speed, quality and business value.

RequirementsReporting to the Head of Business Applications, you'll play a key role in rebuilding MPLC's core CRM and business processes. You'll develop solutions across Salesforce, low-code platforms, integrations and APIs, helping create a simpler and more efficient quote-to-cash journey for a global licensing business.

Working closely with the Data & Systems Architect, operational teams and development partners, you'll build solutions that are documented, tested and deployed through proper controls. You'll also contribute to exposing business capabilities through APIs so both people and AI tools can interact with MPLC's systems effectively.

You'll Love This Role If...

You have solid Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Flow and Lightning Web Components.
You understand when configuration is a better solution than custom code.
You have experience with APIs, integrations, scripting or automation platforms.
You enjoy solving business problems through technology and focus on outcomes, not just technical delivery.
You believe in testing, documentation and leaving systems better than you found them.
You're excited by the opportunity to help build and improve a modern technology environment.
