WHY this position is of utmost importance to reach our mission

While some companies count on marketing and sales to gain market share, we are a product-led company and we are investing primarily on building an innovative and scalable platform. Tech teams have a crucial role to play to achieve this goal.

Team and context

You’ll work within a DevOps team currently composed of 4 engineers, reporting to the Engineering Manager.

You’ll collaborate closely with 300+ engineers to define and elevate performance, reliability and observability standards across the organization.

You’ll be embedded in multidisciplinary product teams (Frontend & Backend), working closely with another DevOps Engineer and an Application Security Engineer.

This is a high-impact role : you’re joining early and will help shape how reliability works at scale.

Your Missions

– Evangelize and simplify SRE practices across our engineering organization (300+ engineers).

– Scale production resources efficiently while ensuring resilience and cost awareness.

– Design, implement and continuously improve tooling and monitoring systems.

– Contribute to engineering guidelines and best practices around reliability and production excellence.

– Collaborate closely with Product, Backend, Security and Platform stakeholders to embed reliability by design.

You’re the right candidate if you have experience :

– Working with cloud environments (we use AWS).

– Building and evolving observability and monitoring systems (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk or similar).

– Scaling production systems and web applications, including asynchronous job systems.

– Operating in high-growth or product-led environments.

– Influencing engineering teams and driving reliability practices at scale.
