Robert Half are recruiting a Financial Controller role on a permanent basis with an SME based in Hungerford. This role would suit a qualified accountant seeking their final role in finance (next 5-10 years). This role will be primarily based onsite 4-5 days a week.
The role
The Financial Controller will be pivotal in managing the day to day running of the finance team whilst also being a key member of the senior leadership team. The role will involve but not be limited to:
Managing a small team.
Overseeing the production of monthly management accounts.
Budgeting and forecasting.
Cash flow management.
Guiding on strategy.
Financial analysis.
Liaising with auditors.
Profile
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 10+ years PQE.
Extensive SME experience.
Proven leadership experience (3+).
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Happy to work onsite 5 days a week.
Full right to work in the UK.
Steady CV - 4+ years in each role. Note: contractors will not be considered.
Package:
£70,000 - £80,000 + bonus.
