The Role
Maintain, improve, and develop existing web applications
Troubleshoot bugs and resolve production issues efficiently
Develop new features, integrations, and APIs
Collaborate closely with non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements
Support the transition to a new platform and progressively take ownership of tasks
Ensure high standards for data integrity, security, and documentation
What You'll Need
3-6 years of commercial software development experience
Strong full-stack development skills
Experience with a server-side language, a modern JavaScript framework, and SQL
Proven experience supporting live production systems
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong ownership of projects
