Developing and maintaining unit tests, automated installation tests and other CI/CD automation.
Investigating and resolving technical issues across the application stack.
Contributing to technical design discussions, code reviews and engineering best practices.
Working collaboratively with other engineers to deliver reliable, secure and scalable software.
Taking ownership of assigned features and technical problems from development through to delivery and support.
Identifying opportunities to improve the quality, maintainability, performance and automation of the platform.

Good understanding of software engineering principles, including testing, debugging, version control and maintainable code.
Ability to independently investigate and solve moderately complex technical problems.
Experience working collaboratively within a software engineering team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand existing systems and contribute improvements.
A proactive, self-starting approach with a willingness to learn new technologies and take ownership of development tasks.

Desirable experience

Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms .
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
Experience developing or supporting software deployed in large-scale or enterprise environments.
Familiarity with C# or C++.
Experience working across both front-end and back-end development.

What it's like

You'll join a talented and collaborative engineering team where your ideas are valued and your impact is visible. We pride ourselves on maintaining a supportive environment where engineers are trusted to take ownership, solve meaningful technical challenges and continue developing their skills. Our history

Inspired by the isolation principles of traditional virtualization, our team known then as Bromium, created a game-changing technology called micro-virtualization to protect end users against advanced malware. Every task the user performs, such as opening a document or clicking on a link, is isolated in its own micro-VM, with access to just the resources required for that task, and existing just for the life of the task. Protection is thus provided through isolation, without relying on detection, hence reliably defending the user from polymorphic and even zero-day malware.

Bromium was acquired by HP Inc on 19 September 2019 forming HP Wolf Security.
