A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Strong programming fundamentals
Experience with a language such as C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
Evidence of university, personal, internship, or placement projects
A genuine interest in software engineering beyond coursework
Ability to explain technical decisions and the reasoning behind them
Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take ownership
Ability to read code, solve problems, challenge assumptions, and critically assess solutions proposed by modern tools
Experience with C#/.NET, React, Azure, SQL, or similar technologies would be useful, but is not essential
Responsibilities:
Build production software from the outset
Learn quickly, take on responsibility, and develop alongside experienced engineers
Work collaboratively with engineers and engage with the commercial team and customers
