Java Developer (IT) in Salford, United Kingdom

Our public sector client is looking for Software Developers to join their team. We are looking for 4 Developers that are able to work on a hybrid basis (2 days per week in the office) and work in one of the following locations: Manchester, Blackpool, Leeds, Newcastle. The role is inside IR35. Please note that due to the nature of the role SC clearance is required. Required experience: Working experience with:

• Java, Springboot
• Kafka and MongoDB
• basic understanding of Docker image and container.
• unit testing/TDD,
• Gerkin style BDD test, preferably cucumber.
• Experience with any one CI/CD tool such as Jenkins, Gitlab or Github

Preferred skills: -Working experience of using AWS services such as SQS, S3, SNS and/or KMS Gitlab CI/CD

• Working experience with cucumber.
• Experience of Gatling or K6 tools for load testing
• Experience of working with Scrum/Kanban methodology.
• Kubernetes or ECS
