Java Tech Lead in Manchester, United Kingdom

Salary: £90,000 - 100,000 per year Requirements:

• Experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Experience with REST APIs and Kafka event-driven systems
• Experience with AWS, including S3, Lambda, ECS, EKS, and MSK
• Knowledge of TDD, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code (IaC)
• Experience with observability and AI-assisted engineering
• Must be based in the UK
• Prior experience in the iGaming or betting industries

• Lead a product-based team, including line management
• Drive delivery and provide technical direction
• Work with stakeholders and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Own systems across their lifecycle, from design and deployment to production support, following a you build it, you run it approach
