Extensive commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer
Strong expertise in React and modern front-end development practices
Strong and recent experience with C#/.NET and back-end API development
Ability to work across the full technology stack, with a front-end bias
Experience designing and developing enterprise-grade applications
Proven experience with data migration, ETL, or integration projects
Strong understanding of relational databases and data modelling
Experience contributing to technical design and architectural discussions
Comfortable working in Agile delivery teams
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to create and lead a new front-end system build, including rebuilding existing components and delivering greenfield UX
Desirable: experience on large-scale transformation programmes, exposure to cloud architectures and modern deployment approaches, experience integrating enterprise platforms and third-party systems, and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile tooling
