Experience as a hands-on full-stack Lead Engineer or Lead Developer, with the ability to lead people, set standards and deliver outcomes
Skills in C#, the .NET platform, Python, Azure PaaS (including Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Cosmos DB and Azure App Service), ARM/Bicep templates, SharePoint and React
AI-native engineering judgement, including building on AI platforms, using AI-enabled tools, and taking experiments through to production-grade operational solutions
Good understanding of Azure DevOps processes and in-depth understanding of Azure Resource Management
Experience with generative AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude is welcomed
Responsibilities:
Lead a small development team across a portfolio of applications
Contribute hands-on while shaping delivery and engineering standards
Work with Product Managers and business teams to prioritise and allocate work
Deliver strategic and tactical technology solutions
Apply modern DevOps practices and explore emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and machine learning
Collaborate with Product, Architecture and wider technical groups
