Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Full Stack Engineer
Strong commercial experience with Golang (Go) — essential and a primary focus
Experience with spec-driven or agentic development approaches

Strong JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS skills
Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices
Familiarity with gRPC for service-to-service communication
Solid experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows
Experience with containerisation and deployment tools
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and deploy scalable, high-quality applications across the full stack
Architect and develop robust backend services using Golang (Go)
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
Work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across systems
Ensure systems are resilient under high traffic and large-scale usage
Implement and maintain automated testing across the stack
Debug and resolve complex technical issues
Ensure high levels of system stability and user experience
Stay current with emerging technologies and development approaches
Contribute to evolving engineering processes, tooling, and practices
Support adoption of AI-assisted and spec-driven development workflows
