We're Looking For

* Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant within a Primary School
* A positive, patient, and proactive approach
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills
* A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and wellbeing
* Relevant qualifications are desirable but experience is equally valued

Essential Requirements

* Enhanced DBS Certificate
* Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
* Completion of safeguarding training and compliance checks
* Right to work in the UK
