A well-established and respected law firm in Newbury is looking to appoint an experienced Litigation Solicitor at Senior Associate or Partner level to join its Dispute Resolution team.
This is a senior opportunity for a solicitor with strong commercial and civil litigation experience, including commercial property litigation , who is looking for the opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the continued growth of the team.
The Role
Manage a varied caseload of complex commercial and civil disputes
Advise clients through negotiation, mediation and litigation
Handle commercial property litigation matters
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Supervise and support junior fee earners and support staff
Contribute to business development and team growth
At Partner level, play a key role in the strategic development of the department, with equity partnership potential
About You
10+ years' PQE
Strong commercial/civil litigation experience
Experience of complex disputes and ideally commercial property litigation
Strong client management and advocacy skills
Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
Leadership or supervision experience
