Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform and other business systems using technologies including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions and custom APIs.
Provide technical mentoring and support to junior and mid-level developers, including carrying out code reviews and helping to develop the wider team's technical capability.
Collaborate with QA colleagues to define acceptance criteria, resolve defects and ensure solutions are thoroughly tested before release.
Investigate and resolve complex technical issues across Dynamics and Power Platform, including performance and integration challenges.
Help establish and maintain development standards, coding conventions and technical documentation across the Dynamics development function.
Keep up to date with the latest Dynamics 365 and Power Platform developments, identifying opportunities to enhance and improve existing solutions.
Work collaboratively across development, QA, product and wider technology teams to ensure solutions remain robust, scalable and aligned with business requirements.

About You:

You’ll have significant experience developing solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and the Power Platform, together with a proven track record of taking technical ownership of Dynamics projects from design through to deployment. Ideally we are looking for technical skills across C#, .NET and JavaScript.

You’ll have a strong understanding of Dynamics solution architecture, security and data models, as well as software development lifecycles and DevOps practices including source control and CI/CD. We’re looking for someone who can work independently while also providing technical leadership and mentoring to others, with excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

If you’re an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer looking to take the next step into a senior technical role, where you can combine hands-on development with technical leadership and mentoring, I’d be keen to hear from you.
