CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting an Electrical Multi-Skilled Engineer to support a large industrial site in Raunds, Northamptonshire. This role involves providing electrical and mechanical maintenance across plant, machinery, and building services to ensure safe, reliable operations. Key Responsibilities
Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs
Preventative and reactive maintenance, improving equipment performance and reliability
Working on motors, drives, gearboxes, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Supporting health & safety through risk assessments, permits, and compliance documentation
Using CAFM systems and mobile devices to manage maintenance tasks
Liaising with site services, clients, and supervising contractors
Supporting the team as a responsible person and deputising for the Shift Leader when required
Working overtime, including weekends, as business needs require
Essential Experience & Qualifications
Time-served or recognised engineering apprenticeship
Strong building maintenance or FM experience
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering
18th edition
Ability to write Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Permits to Work
Desirable
Working at Height, IPAF, or AP qualifications
