Job Description

Your Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Analyse production data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Develop and maintain process centrelines and operational standards.
• Lead root cause investigations and support sustainable corrective actions.
• Manage production trials, material validation and process changes.
• Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality and Purchasing teams to improve plant performance

Your Profil

• Engineering or manufacturing qualification, or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience within a manufacturing, FMCG, packaging, paper or converting environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement or Six Sigma methodologies.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to influence and engage others.
