Process Engineer in Havant, United Kingdom

Sartorius seeks a Process Engineer to optimize manufacturing operations at its Havant facility. The role encompasses technical quotation preparation, process design documentation, system evaluation, and best practice development to support efficient end-to-end operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical quotations including cost analysis and specifications for process solutions
• Monitor and optimize efficiency of assigned processes, systems, and functions
• Design and document process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams, and functional specifications
• Evaluate equipment and systems to maximize operational efficiency and utilization
• Develop and implement best practices; support customer activities including site acceptance testing

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Bio/Chemical Engineering or related life science discipline
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English
• Deep operational knowledge in relevant manufacturing or process areas
• Analytical and critical thinking capability
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and analytical packages
• Understanding of ISO 9000 or equivalent quality management systems
