Responsibilities

• Review RFPs and extract information for proposal text and budget creation
• Prepare proposal documents, budgets, rebids, and supporting materials
• Collaborate with proposal team and cross-functional stakeholders on compliant deliverables
• Edit, review, and quality-check documents for accuracy before submission
• Update and maintain corporate databases and tracking reports

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in proposals, budgeting, or related role
• Strong understanding of costing models and ability to interpret RFPs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Excel and data management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate cross-functionally
