Job Title: Sales Progressor (Estate Agency)

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Progressor to join a high-performing estate agency team in Luton. We are looking for a motivated, organised and confident individual with a solid background in residential property sales progression. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving property transactions from offer to completion, ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and solicitors.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a personal pipeline of property sales at various stages of the progression process.
* Liaise with solicitors, buyers, sellers, mortgage brokers, and surveyors to proactively move transactions forward.
* Monitor and manage each sale to ensure completion in a timely and efficient manner.
* Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on progress, resolving issues as they arise.
* Maintain accurate case notes and documentation within the CRM system.
* Build strong working relationships with all parties to encourage clear communication and reduce fall-through rates.
* Support the wider sales team with insights on progression status and expected completion timelines.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a sales progressor or post-sales coordination role within residential property is required.
* Proven ability to handle a large volume of sales cases with attention to detail and minimal supervision.
* Strong working knowledge of the sales process from offer through to exchange and completion.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
* Calm under pressure, solution-focused, and resilient.
* Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
