£32,000 – £42,000 + Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission (OTE £50,000+)

A well-established supplier of automotive workshop solutions is looking to recruit a Sales Representative to support growth across Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join a growing business, developing new customer relationships while managing existing accounts within the automotive sector.

The Role

• Develop new business opportunities across independent garages, workshops and service centres
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts within the region
• Conduct customer visits to understand requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Generate quotations, negotiate sales and close new business opportunities
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve agreed targets
• Represent the business professionally while building long-term customer relationships

The Candidate

• Previous experience in a Sales Representative, Business Development or Account Management role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience within automotive, engineering or technical sales environments desirable
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to winning new business
• Full UK driving licence

Package

• £32,000 – £42,000 basic salary
• Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £50,000+
