Senior Java Developer - Hybrid in Stockport, United Kingdom

Salary: £45,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Java Developer, with a strong understanding of Java and related frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
  • Solid experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications, ensuring scalability and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance performance and user experience
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering learning and continuous improvement
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply software development best practices
