Demonstrable hands-on SQL expertise, including data querying, manipulation and performance tuning
Experience developing reconciliation tools or working with reconciliation software
Proven software development experience in a similar role
SSRS, Power BI or other reporting skills
Strong unit, end-to-end and acceptance testing skills
Ability to lead technical projects and liaise with colleagues across different disciplines
Willingness to mentor internal staff and liaise with external representatives
Experience with solution configuration and a track record of leading technical projects are described as a good fit for the role
Responsibilities:
Lead solution configuration as a subject matter expert
Lead the implementation and testing of low-code solutions
Scope development and testing projects, including timelines
Translate requirements into designs and solutions that support business objectives
Mentor and review team members, provide sign-offs, and validate releases
Liaise with technical colleagues and other teams to share updates and align work with business goals
Promote Agile working and best practices, contribute to stand-ups, and identify new trends and technologies that could improve the teams work
