The role
On behalf of a well-established fintech organisation, we are supporting the search for a motivated entry-level Software Developer to join their front-office engineering team in London. This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career engineer looking to develop their skills while contributing to high-impact, revenue-facing systems in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Support the design, development, and maintenance of scalable applications used by front-office teams
Collaborate with traders, product teams, and engineers to help deliver practical technology solutions
Contribute to improving system performance, reliability, and overall engineering quality
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
0–2 years of software development experience, with exposure to Python and/or Java
Interest in building reliable, high-performance systems within fintech, finance, or similar technical environments
