The Professional Web and Marketing team builds the digital experiences that help businesses discover Sonos Pro, evaluate the offering, sign up, and manage their accounts. As a Software Engineer on this team, you will contribute directly to the professional storefront, business account portal, marketing pages, and lifecycle engagement capabilities - work that shapes how business customers first encounter and continue to use Sonos Pro. You will collaborate with product management, design, marketing, and a technical lead to deliver customer-facing features and the measurement needed to understand whether those experiences are working.

What You'll Do

- Build and maintain responsive web features for the Sonos Pro storefront and business account management portal using React and Next.js.

- Implement product catalog experiences, purchasing journeys, marketing landing pages, and campaign-related website changes.

- Develop reusable components and content-driven experiences using Sanity CMS, including support for professional product launches.

- Support trial signup and conversion experiences by integrating the customer-facing journey with established backend and subscription services.

- Contribute to dealer discovery, store locator, and customer account self-service features.

- Implement scoped integrations and event tracking that connect web journeys with Braze lifecycle communications and Salesforce business processes.

- Test for accessibility, browser compatibility, performance, and integration behavior, and participate in code reviews and release processes.

- Troubleshoot web and campaign integration issues, document solutions, and coordinate with partner engineering teams as needed.

Approximately two years of relevant software development experience, or equivalent practical experience delivering web applications.

- Working proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and React.

- Familiarity with https://jobeax.com/link/Z30sZYC3jcRenVso or a comparable modern web framework and responsive component development.

- Experience consuming REST APIs and understanding data exchange between a web application and backend services.

- Familiarity with Git, debugging, automated testing, accessibility, and web performance fundamentals.

- Ability to clarify requirements, deliver scoped features with guidance, and collaborate with product, design, marketing, and engineering colleagues.

- Qualified applicants must be able to work from the Glasgow office 3 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Sanity or another headless content management system.

- Exposure to Braze, customer journey instrumentation, or lifecycle marketing integrations.

- Experience with commerce flows, account portals, lead capture, or trial signup experiences.

- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations or customer data flows.

- Familiarity with AWS services such as API Gateway and Lambda.

- Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools.

- Exposure to CI/CD workflows and cloud web hosting within an established team environment.

As part of the Sonos team, you'll collaborate with people of all styles, skill sets, and backgrounds to realize our vision while fostering a community where everyone feels included and empowered to do the best work of their lives.
