Stryker seeks a Test Engineer to provide design, technical, and operational support for test processes and manufacturing validation in Belfast. The role involves process design, equipment qualification, documentation development, and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated medical device environment.
Responsibilities
Design and provide technical support for test processes and Pad-Pak capacity expansion
Manage test equipment, process validation, and calibration compliance onsite and offsite
Develop and review test process documentation including specifications and traceability matrices
Create process validation plans and reports for Installation, Operational, and Performance Qualification
Monitor line performance and lead cross-functional teams to resolve systemic issues
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent technical experience
Knowledge of quality systems and regulated environment requirements
Medical device industry experience and regulatory understanding
Lean manufacturing principles and practices knowledge
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with process improvement focus
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
