Test Engineer in Belfast, United Kingdom

Stryker seeks a Test Engineer to provide design, technical, and operational support for test processes and manufacturing validation in Belfast. The role involves process design, equipment qualification, documentation development, and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated medical device environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and provide technical support for test processes and Pad-Pak capacity expansion
• Manage test equipment, process validation, and calibration compliance onsite and offsite
• Develop and review test process documentation including specifications and traceability matrices
• Create process validation plans and reports for Installation, Operational, and Performance Qualification
• Monitor line performance and lead cross-functional teams to resolve systemic issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent technical experience
• Knowledge of quality systems and regulated environment requirements
• Medical device industry experience and regulatory understanding
• Lean manufacturing principles and practices knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with process improvement focus
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Capability to train manufacturing team members

Compensation: £33,300–£55,600 GBP annual
