Role Title: In-Person Specialist SEN Tutor (Qualified Teacher, 1-to-1)
Subjects: Core Subjects (English, Maths & Science) at KS1, KS2, KS3 and KS4, GCSE/Functional Skills Level
Pay Rate: Competitive rates of £30-£45 per hour, reflecting the client and student needs.
Hours & Delivery: Flexible, up to 15 hours per week during standard school hours (In-person)

The Role
As an Equal Education Tutor, you will plan and deliver high-quality, highly personalised 1-to-1 tuition across core subjects (English, Maths, and Science) from Key Stage 1 through to GCSE and Functional Skills.
Sessions take place face-to-face within your local community during school hours. Because our learners present with complex, high-level needs, your delivery will often lean towards therapeutic and specialist mentoring alongside direct academic instruction.
