The Best Connection Group are seeking an experienced Van Driver to join our well-established client, DHL International , at their site based at Carlisle for the busy seasonal period from November through to Christmas.

Great Pay: £14.73
Overtime at £15.95 Saturday
Overtime at £17.00 Sunday
Multi-drop collections and deliveries
Monday to Friday dayshift

Responsibilities:
Driving vans to and from Carlisle
Performing pre/post vehicle checks and reporting any problems
Maintaining accurate records and proof of delivery or collection
Providing excellent customer service at delivery and collection points
Following all airport security procedures
Requirements:
As we work at an airport regulated by the Civil Aviation Authority, all applicants must:
Pass a van driving assessment (no minimum years of experience needed)
Complete a criminal record check (paid for by us)
Have a 5-year work history that can be checked (gaps over 28 days need a gap reference)
Provide a 5-year address history
Have valid photo ID (passport, driving licence or ID card)
Licence/Certification:
Full UK Driving Licence , Category B (required)
A current Aviation Security certificate (formerly Level D), or willingness to complete the course during vetting (paid for by us)
